I don't know if it's placebo or not:

Could there be a chance of having the game returning to Vanilla after one match in career mode?
I think I often have the strange feeling that the first game after starting the game feels the way I expect it to feel with all these delicious mods...but the 2nd match feels different. It's too fast and I think I can't defend anymore the way I'm used to do it...hard to describe.

Is it possible that the mods are only loaded for 1 game? How could I check if the mods are still loaded in the 2nd game?

It’s to do with the Sharpness where it gives your players ridiculous stat boosts. You can nerf it a little by going into training plan and putting all out performance plan on either 50/60, that way you can keep your players fit without a massive jump in ovrs
