Today was like dodging a bullet. Man, did it started to get sad after that equalizer.

never thought Bendtner could change the game in any way. really good preformance from him. he just might end up a nice striker one day. just needs to keep his cool in front of goal.

Eboue is just NOT a SMF. I'd rather throw Wilshere in.
Diaby was chaotic, but at least he tried a little.
but Denilson was shocking! He didn't even try to look like he's running.

p.s.: I think RVP's injuries have to do alot with the way he controls the ball. He keeps it so close to his feet, turning and dribling so suddenly his bound to get knocked eventually.
 
Wat the fuck was Clichy doing when Hull scored their goal?? He was so far away from Mendy!!! But overall it was a good game. Again, RVP was outstanding, all 3 assists. Hes damn good form rite now. He has to keep going that way.
Diaby was quite OK! Denilson has to improve a lot!!
 
anywayz, I think this year is desicive for Denilson and Diaby. They've been in the squad for some years now and still haven't proven anything. AW got rid of better players when they failed to improve over the years.
TBH, while Diaby looks like still having smth in him, Denilson doesn't have anything special.

Arshavin is still coming towards us...he's coming like he's going away.
De Jong is said to transfer at Man City. He's a DMF! We might lose another good DMF to City.

McGregor a £4.5 million target for Arsene Wenger

Arsenal are lining up a surprising £4.5 million move for Rangers goalkeeper Allan McGregor as Arsene Wenger looks to take advantage of Rangers financial troubles. The deal could see Kris Boyd remain at Ibrox and with an able replacement in Neil Alexander waiting in the wings, McGregors cut price sale would not cause the amount of protests that the sale of Kris Boyd would amongst the Rangers faithful.

Although Newcastle’s Shay Given was Arsenal’s top target, McGregor is seen as a cheaper alternative for the wary Wenger. The Frenchman has had the Scottish International in his sights since last season’s Uefa Cup run and although he has lost some of his form this season, he is seen as able addition to the Arsenal side. With Wenger unimpressed with Manual Almunia and Lukasz Fabianski’s form this season, McGregor is seen as the man that could topple the Arsenal No.1 and No.2 from their perches.

With Rangers having to offload one of their key first team players in the January window for at least £3-4 million, a cut price move for McGregor who was worth £8 million to Rangers in the summer is a good bet. If the Gunners tie a deal up with Rangers to sign their custodian it would free up McGregor’s £16,000 a week wage from the Ibrox wage bill and help allievate the problems that are affecting the club off the field, with a rumoured £25 million worth of debt and Murray trying to balance the books in time before HBOS is taken over by Lloyds TSB.

Gotta say, thought the 'challenge' on Manucho was quality. I mean, it's pretty rare in football you get to give a player a proper shiner without even drawing a foul! It's moments like that where I just want to ask the referee, what do you think just happened? Do you think there wasn't contact? That Toure got to the ball first and headed it in the opposite direction his head was moving? That it was incidental contact? Just no idea...

Anyway, you lot deserved the win, and RVP looks properly good. How long til he hurts himself again ;) ?
 
Oh boy, I really want to see Arshavin at Arsenal. I dont think Wenger will buy a cb, but possibly a dmf. I just hope it's another exciting player :D What happened to the speculations to Gokhan Inler?
 
If he goes it will be great if they got relegated :DD

Also if he does go to Man City - I would be grateful we didn't get a player that is all about the money.

Hopefully Wenger has other plans and players to get?

Over here they said that Arsenal didn't pursue their interest due to the high price and Udinese's unwillingness to sell.

Exactly.

The russians were trying to fleece us and being knob heads. There is no way he is worth over 15million.

I do hope we have other players lined up though - coming out of this tranfer window with nobody would be very bad.

"It has been a long time since I've played 90 minutes and now I fell better knowing that I can play a whole game," he added.

"The plan against Portsmouth reserves was to play an hour but we decided with the small injury that I should go off because of the risk in continuing the game. But I am happy now, I played 45 minutes of that game which was good for my confidence.

"I feel very well and I'm training hard every day. Of course I want to come back quick and strong. Now, every game for me is a big step.

"I am happy with the 90 minutes on a very hard pitch with all the hard rain. I needed time in the reserves to get my match fitness back.

"But playing my first game for the first team, I am ready now and I am just waiting for my chance."

Dudu should play in the Premiership. As we just need the 4th spot for now, players like these can play and develop. Whereas RVP and Ade should play continuously for FA cup and CL. We can still get them.
 
Eduardo = Class, He's one of those players opposite teams fear because if he gets a chance you know whats next...:))
