Arsenal Thread

First thank you all for your kind words...I couldn`t be here if it was for yous I want to share this joy w/ you lots.
After 9 loong years...heartache ,afterheart ache. In 2011 final we conceded late and produce le nightmare v . A pub I couldn`t step into for my arrogance and stupidty . Today, The Arsenal allowed me to step into the tarvern and even though I went after the 2nd goal for the draw...I was praying as if I was going to be executed that we would prevail and win.

I`m not at my best compuser I`ve been writting this message in my head since the match ended. I have the strength and desire to go into a women prison in full monty , throw a blanket on the floor center and say 'Everyone will be served even the mingers...I got enough loads for the lot of you.'

Its the Arsenal...Arsenal FC ! Im so horny! For 9 long years hearing words that felt like foreign objects invading my body crevices . We can say the drought is over! And Ramsey is by far the best thing in my life.

Congratulations to you lot guys! Even though I have a soft spot for the Spurs I must confess that I am happy that you have finally won a trophy after so many time... And after so many jokes as well! :P

I'm celebrating today! I might post some pic but not sure anyone cares. It's been a long time for a proper London club to have a parade. Cheap lager is not that bad after the 5th bottle.

Jack, oh Jack. I can understand that he's a local boy and the rivalry is in his blood, but couldn't he just celebrate it without touching on that?

Good to see the Wenger/Sagna pic. Nice to have a manager who seems to genuinely care about his players. Just for that alone I can't wait to get LVG in and forget about cold Moyesy.
 
Arsenal win their first trophy in 9 years and Wilshere wants to talk about Spurs. Sad little chav :LOL:

Congrats on Saturday though - Wenger will now sign for life (we hope!). Another 9 years winning just the Top 4 trophy please Arsenal!

In all seriousness though, Arsenal fans and manager saying "this is the start of something" etc is OTT. It's the FA Cup. Wigan won it last year and where are they now? I still don't trust Wenger in the league, his teams always bottle it.

Anyway, Bobby you should order this - would suit you

I love how Spurs supporters try and take the piss out of us for not winning anything for 9 years, i have my cousin on facebook aswell, do they not see the irony?!

In 20 years they have won two league cups i think and that is it?

Anyway....

Also i have noticed Liverpool supporters getting cocky aswell now they have come second (not from here) they do realise they didnt win anything this year?

It makes me laugh.
 
I actually respect Woolwich FC, you are far more successful than us and probably always will be.

The North London rivalry bores me anyway, in the grand scheme of things, we'll never be as big as Liverpool, Man Utd or even Chelsea these days.

Congrats on the trophy but you wont win another for 9 years! ;)
 
Errr, guys... he's been earning £7m a year for the past 4 or 5 seasons. This is hardly a bombshell.

If some serious fire power and 2 or 3 top players join Arsenal, it's quite feasible to win the league.
All that talk in 2008 and 2009 about how Arsenal were 2 or 3 experienced players away from being able to win the league, turns out it was true.

Two things hurt us the most in the league this season: the abysmal displays away to the direct competitors for the title, and all the injuries that keep happening.
We've sorely missed Aaron Ramsey and we would have been much more menacing with a fit Theo Walcott.

If the club adds those high quality players, we could dream of a league title indeed.
I'm just not so sure we can do it if all we can get are the players we've been linked with: Remy, Milner and Griezmann...

we'd need more than that. And possibly an improvement on Bac, which is not terribly easy to find.

Couldn't care less, i'm not a genuine Spurs fan...

Couldn't care less, it demonstrates what Wilshere is....


I coiuldn't care less about these stupid rivalries. I'm glad for Arsenal, they deserved something out of their great season...they scored the best goal i've ever seen (Wilshere of all people). I like their football...and i like Wenger.
