It really makes me curious, the secret behind 5th German Division, cause in the domestic league of the pyramid, Bundesliga.1, the scorelines are too high, even in Derby matches, 3+ goals, or 4 up to 6 goals, a very often result.Ah okay then. But really, Konami will know the actual explanation, whether this is the cause or not. I think they've no interest in fixing it – that sort of issue has been happening in PES for years, after all.
Eigentlich lebe ich jetzt in Deutschland und lerne auch Deutsch. Also du kannst mir das Video schicken und vielleicht verstehe ich ein bisschen
(Apologies to staff, I know it's an English-language only forum... Hopefully I'm allowed a couple of sentences. I'm just really keen to play like a German 5th division defender!)
Well, I've now had privileged access to the inner workings of the German 5th division, and I can tell you that the reason it's so high quality is that the German footballing pyramid is inverted. It really makes me curious, the secret behind 5th German Division, cause in the domestic league of the pyramid, Bundesliga.1, the scorelines are too high, even in Derby matches, 3+ goals, or 4 up to 6 goals, a very often result.
I HOPE and prey, those lads in the 5th division, do better defending job![]()

Sorry @Mazen2020, but this is absolutely hilarious.

My last 9 opponents quit because they got 0 shots on my goal and 0 chances. Everyone saying "Defending is hard" - Yes, it is! You need to play like in real life!
Since yesterday the bad first touches from PES21 are back. [...] Now you want to line up, bad touch the ball, and it moves 2m away from your feet.
Makes absolute sense now! It's like some people play completely different games.
I just got 50k gp from konami as for their apologiesCome on Konami, give us 3k 4 a win, 2k 4 a draw, 1k 4 taking a beating, so tight with ur gp on dream team.
I got that yesterday, splash on me 1st big money signing Vlahovic, Konami seem 2 like apologizing, look like more compensation money on it way, with sum PvP results not going through, let hope it another 50k.I just got 50k gp from konami as for their apologies
Told you guys, use the L stick just slightly at times!
Plus: sometimes let go if L stick completely and watch how they walk with the balls between their legs. Edit: I meant BALL! FOOTBALL! 😂
It’s F#%$ free ! (With a F for free)!I do not understand you guys liking this efootball online game ...
"It's free," said the dealer, as he handed you a small bag of smack for your first try. "What's not to like?"It’s F#%$ free ! (With a F for free)!
Having a back 5 is the most effective way to defend in the game online. Played against a Mazen deciple yesterday in the J League challenge. Its very effective until you go a goal behind. I scored a nice goal an all but was caught sleeping straight after. Was a interesting game. For full disclosure, I should say: Thanks to @Mazen2020 for sending me the video as he said he would; I did watch it in full, and hopefully understood 60-70% of the German, and more still from the underlying ideas and on-screen annotations. So I hope I understood the ideas. I do think, though, that while the wisdom in the video probably would help some people who have literally no clue about how to defend or prioritise space/zones, the advice would probably be unnecessary for almost everyone who frequents this forum.
The basic points were (correct me if I'm wrong):
Something like that. Which I'm sure most of us do already. I certainly do.
- Keep your back line intact as much as possible
- Observe where your second line of defence (the midfielders) are when you defend an attack, and prioritise bringing them back to cover passes in the centre of the pitch.
- Maintain that tight shape in defence as much as possible
As I implied above and as Chris is suggesting – the clean sheets you're so fond of might have much to do with your insanely rated (and in-form) back 5...
There are times in the video in question where you still let through passes, but the recoveries are very easy for you, and with 96 rated Maldini and Puyol, vs 81 rated Auba or 78 rated Adama Traore – maybe this isn't surprising.
Sorry @Mazen2020, but this is absolutely hilarious.
Especially after you posted this humblebrag:
...suggesting that you conceded one goal in 20 games because you simply know how to defend. Yeah, that's definitely the reason why.
Also absolutely confirms my theory that your player's ball control etc. entirely depends on your opponent's team. Earlier today, you said this:
So only now are you suddenly, mysteriously, seeing your players unable to dribble when they could before - having poor first touches for no reason - passes going direct to the opponent etc...
Why? Because yesterday, microtransactions went live. Teams like yours can now be bought with real money*. It's pointless me (with my average player rating of 74) logging on any more. Unless I spend money.
Why would I, knowing that my input really doesn't matter that much? That's not a game, that's a scam.
*Fair play, you have earned that team by enduring v0.9.0 - but those players are the only reason you're experiencing better gameplay than the rest of us. Your opponent was always experiencing what you experienced yesterday.
Makes absolute sense now!
Okay mr realistic.I don't understand why the passing animations in this game have to be so damn slow? There is nothing “realistic” about it.
Are the teams you're playing against suddenly much more packed with superstars than they were before (especially now that virtual currency is available)?
Because what you're describing is my experience as soon as I play any team significantly stronger than mine. And once I see the game pulling a string on the ball just to make sure you can't play with any real fluidity (and ensure the better team wins) boom, my interest is gone.
We have to remember this is a mobile game core, and designed to be funded by microtransactions. It all stacks up IMO.

Literally not what I am saying. I am saying I am ashamed of konami that we'll respected members of the community are still trying to bend over backwards to find a way to enjoy a game that has been made cynically and literally not for our enjoyment as a priority. They still get that benefit of the doubt from some and it sickens me. Not having a go at B-man at all or anyone that wants to play the game, just at konami for making this the situationYes let's hang those who like a video game you dont.
You probably wrote this out of passion but this sounds a bit weird. People who have mad love for the era PES2014-2021 are not to blame for either for Konami's game design, as we know they listen to no feedback ever.
Finally they cooked up a gameplay that caters to a different layer of footy gamers, and there is a grey zone in preference...so yes B-Man and myself are betraying you if you think like that.![]()

If it is a full game AAA next generation with a full price and proper good offline modes give me 3
To be honest on one hand you are right, at least this time they took off their mask and told us to our face that the priority wasn't to make a game for PES fans anymore, even though that had been fairly obvious by their direction and attitude in the previous few years, but the big difference for me is that this isn't PES, it's a cynical half-arsed mobile game built on microtransactions. it's truly shameful. But i dont see how the situation is different compared to the past 8 years. Unless we consider those games a bigger robbery since they sold them for 60 pounds the same game over and over again with little gameplay tweak each year....perhaps there was a single year where ML was "revamped".
Its created in a online enviroment with microtransactions and gambling just like an online casino and this game is built for esports 100% and for a professional gaming not to have funTo be honest on one hand you are right, at least this time they took off their mask and told us to our face that the priority wasn't to make a game for PES fans anymore, even though that had been fairly obvious by their direction and attitude in the previous few years, but the big difference for me is that this isn't PES, it's a cynical half-arsed mobile game built on microtransactions. it's truly shameful.
Also maybe is just my vision about football games without cards and online modes, just with a realistic ML just like football manager or something like that full of details and inmersives modes and new generations just want online modes and fut/cards modes and microtransactions to buy good players and beat others players in online divisions or whatever they create online. Thats why FIFA is the king of football games cause is arcade and focused on onlineIts created in a online enviroment with microtransactions and gambling just like an online casino and this game is built for esports 100% and for a professional gaming not to have fun
Good for you that you dont play it anymore 🙂 me nd bottlw of red have lots of fun with it.Its created in a online enviroment with microtransactions and gambling just like an online casino and this game is built for esports 100% and for a professional gaming not to have fun
