I would love to see GSP knock Kos cold, but it's a long time since GSP has showed that side. I'm a big GSP fan, own his entire MMA career, but since the Serra fight, he has become a different fighter. Someone who ensures he doesnt lose as opposed to a fighter that wants to win in spectacular fashion. I can understand the hesitance, but for me, he isnt as exciting as he once was, even though he's a much better fighter. His wrestling has become so much more prominent since that Serra fight, testament to reluctance to keep it standing, which was a staple part of his earlier career.
I'd like to see McLovin do a number on Bocek, take his arm home, via the flying route, but it's a tough call. Great ground fight this on paper, which usually means it will stay upright.
Its nice to see Alves come in on-weight for a change, Dolce has done a great job with both him and Rampage. I dont see Howard giving Thiago too much too worry about, a nice head-kick finish is long overdue.
Danzig and Stevenson is a match-up where neither are really currently relevant, hopefully this will ensure a great fight.
The fight I'm most interested in bar the Main Event, is Oliveira against Miller. This is the acid-test for Oliveira who has looked nothing less than sensational so far. Miller though is solid everywhere, and if Oliveira gets past Miller, it really will send waves through what is already a stacked division. The arrival of Bendo and Co at 155lbs makes the division arguably the hottest in the UFC.
Apart from the Hunt win, I've not seen much of McCorkle, but Stefan is never in a dull fight, so this should be entertaining. We wont get to see Dan Miller and Doerksen unless its FOTN, SOTN or KOTN. Which is shame, this could be a cracker.
