we should replace the J league with the premier league and the K league with Scottish league then replace the Asian clubs with the best European clubsIt's interesting you found it slightly faster. I found JLWE9AC and PES5 to be a similar speed but WE9LE to be slightly faster. Glad you are enjoying it. For me it would be even better if it had a Master League with European teams as well but unfortunately its just the J.League and K-League only.
Oh no I wouldn’t want to do that personally. I really like the fact it has those Asian leagues. I just wanted the option to use the European clubs in a Master League format.we should replace the J league with the premier league and the K league with Scottish league then replace the Asian clubs with the best European clubs
Hello,
Talking about JL games, I myself own the 2007 and 2008.
From the main PS2 series, gameplay started to décline after the 2008 release.
Did the same thing occur with the J League series ? As it started to decline with the 2009 iteration ?
It’s interesting you say that. I still find the later games to be amazing on PS2 including WE 2010 and PES 2014 and in some areas are better than the previous ones. What is it about the gameplay you found worse?
Yes! I completely get where you are coming from. I had mentioned this a couple of months back, but the dribbling changed from 2010 onwards. They now keep the ball closer to their feet and are slower in terms of feet movement when running and dribbling at the same time which gives them greater close control at most times. To be honest it can be seen both ways in my opinion.Mostly dribbling in fact. I played mostly 2009 and read it was also the case in the later iterations but maybe I should have tested myself as you say 2010 and 2014 were good.
Maybe only 2009 had a different dribbling system.
AI-wise, I had nothing to object.
Never have more true words been spoken, brother.Regardless whichever game you prefer of the PS2/Wii era, they are a million miles better than anything released on modern consoles!
when PES cared about detailsits funny that i never thought about it but that "teamwork link" between the players in pes 5 etc its exactly what EA put it in online ultimate team
I´ve tried it on PSP, to where i know gameplay-wise it´s the same but it has updated transfers, it´s the best pre-world cup 2010 official konami database you will find, someone needs to create a tool for exporting team rosters in CSV from this game (especially for the PS2 and/or PSP versions, so we can import them to earlier PES like 6 or 5), also for exporting balls and other graphics since there are some rare ones that are licensed in this game like the Nike Ascente and Omni.anyone tried Winning Eleven 2010: Aoki Samurai no Chousen on PS3.. is the game a little bit different than PES2010.. or the same ?
the the last db update of PES2010 is slightly different than the one on this game. Bro, are you still thinking about making a patch for JLWE9AC?Having recently played another variant of PES5 specifically J.League Winning Eleven 9 Asia Championship, I have to agree with you. There are differences between the different versions for sure and what I noticed was the ball physics were worse in my opinion in WE9LE. As a result the passing, shooting and crossing all felt more flat and less varied to me in WE9LE and what I immediately noticed was that the passing was considerably quicker too, whereas it was slower in JLWE9AC which in turn made the game have a more realistic match tempo. Also I found JLWE9AC had a more tighter midfield and I actually found the AI to be slightly better too including in defensive awareness.
Getting tempted now to make a patch for JLWE9AC
Hey Milloss, I'm still debating about it but if I do decide to do it I will message you as I may need your help with the player prices as I have not edited these before. I imagine they can be edited via a DB editor like DkZ Studio but I will have to check.Bro, are you still thinking about making a patch for JLWE9AC?
It's one of my favorite games of all time, and I'm playing it with the English translation.. I was wondering if you could perhaps help me with an issue; In ML it seems like all Japanese and Korean players have a transfer price of 300, which isn't too realistic because of course the Japanese and Korean players have all different skill levels..
I remember that in my old computer about two years ago, I manually changed all Korean and Japanese players' nationalities to "free" in the internal editor, one by one, and also made other changes to fix this (make duplicates of Japanese and Korean NT players and decrease all of their stats to 1 so that they do not appear in ML, etc).. but it took me long time, and now I've lost that memcard.. I was perhaps wondering if I could ask for your help.
Sure! Let me know if you decide on doing it and I can help, although I know next to nothing about DkZ studio and stuff, but still let me know if I can be of assistance!Hey Milloss, I'm still debating about it but if I do decide to do it I will message you as I may need your help with the player prices as I have not edited these before. Which PES game are you trying to edit ?Anybody knows how I can edit a PS2 option file with PES Fan Editor? It does not open the option file that was created in game
Let's say it's around 2004-2008, as he'd be around 10-14 years old then. I guess he's talking the glory days of PES. Don't know what Sega console, mind you. Maybe ISS on the mega drive?
I want to edit the option file of WE9LE or PES 5 in ps2 version. I started the game and created a new, default option file and then I opened MyMC to export this option file to my computer. With PES 2008 PS2 version it worked like that and also with PES6 but with PES Fan Editor for PES5/WE9/WE9LE it doesn't. I will upload this file later when I am on my computer. I tried WE9LE in ps2 and like it a lot, this version was uploaded in evoweb and is basicly a fully licensed game like original season patch. But since I like editing a lot I would like to be able to do an own option file or convert some of my old work that I made for PES 5 PC version to WE9LE PS2 version.Which PES game are you trying to edit ?
Çan you upload your OF ?
Maybe ISS on the mega drive?

I found an option file for pes5 for 2019-10 season and there are different versions included. One the creator called "ps2 version editable in pes fan editor". It must be a different file format. So I would like to know how I can convert an option file for pc to one that is working with the pcsx2 game.
