Cheers. Hasn't been too hard cos of Covid and I wasn't drinking that much anyway! But felt the need to just cut it out completely as any time I did drink it made me feel - physically and (moreso) mentally - terrible. Really regret not giving up sooner, when I was drinking way too much, but nothing I can do about that!
