It'd be stupid to sign someone for such huge money without actually getting him for a year. What if he snaps his cruciate?
 
nah, they are just waiting for a higher bid from City.... if Juve were not planing to replace him, they wouldn´t buy two strikers who will both play in Mandzukic and Dybala... if they play 4-3-3 they have already Khedira, Vidal, Perreyra, Marchisio and they will definetly go for another...

also i can see them accepting Oscar + money...

imo they are just waiting for best offer.
