Let me go off-topic here, if you allow me, just to lighten up the mood
I don't know how many of you in this thread still play PES. Konami killed a lot of the good things about the game and doesn't seem to care about fans sending letters to complain. So I thought I'd go viral on them instead.
I'd like your feedback, if it's alright. I did one of those Hitler rant movies on those meme sites, but I'm looking for the original file to do it on a video editor, proper stuff.
But firstly, tell me what you think and if I should go ahead with the idea:

Ferguson makes lots of errors concerning GK's.
Mark my words: De Gea will become one of the best GK's in the world, maybe not with Man Utd, but he will be.
When De Gea will win individual silverware, nobody will remember Sczeszny, who then will be playing for Scunthorpe.

that kick started my day ! gerd

I agree with this. De Gea basically hasn't made any mistakes in about 4 months of football but was dropped cause Fergie is going a bit mental. The only goal he conceded he could have done something about was against Fulham, when he was patently fouled, but because it's De Gea the punditry/media have forgotten that.
I've never seen a player consistently pull off the saves that De Gea has. He obviously needs to get more commanding of his area (and English) but he is absolutely the best shot stopper in the league.
He's the spanish Shay Given. Decent shot stopper (not the best by any means) but limited.
I find that it's mostly kids who rave about De Gea. They see him pull off a(n unnecessarily) theatrical save and do the odd cruyff turn past a striker and think he's something special.

This is the bit that annoys me, The united GK of yours makes MORE mistakes then Sczesny yet u and gerd seem to rate him higher then Sczesny which is odd.As this is the Arsenal thread, I think Sczesny could be quality, but still has too many massive howlers in him. However, he's still really young, is massive and has the mentality to succeed. And Wenger has faith in him.
Sir, with all due respect: you haven't got a clue about GK.
It's true that spectacular saves are often needed because GK's made positioning errors, but that is not the case with De Gea. Take for example his fine saves yesterday.
De Gea is far from the finished product and maybe should have stayed longer with Atletico, but he will be among the very top GK's, because he has it all.
Now about Hart and Szeczny. They are certainly nog bad GK's. But they are not GK's for absolute biog clubs like Arsenal and Man City. Hart was a match winner for Man City when they weren't title favourites. He would be fabulous for Stoke, Reading and Aston Villa because he would be very busy most of the time. The best example IMO is Tim Howard. He is a great GK but just not good enough for a huge club (he also went too soon to Man Utd, like so many before and after him).
Anyway, time will tell and it wouldn't be the first time that i'm completely wrong, but Szeczny is not a GK that would make me feel confident as an Arsenal fan.
Lots of kids are clearly pundits in Spain then. He was (rightly) viewed as the next big thing for about 2 seasons before United bought him. He also won a Europa league title and a Super Cup at 19 years old, and U17 and under U21 european championships. He's now captain of the latter team.
But I'm sure the English press know better. I mean, Joe Hart never makes mistakes does he?
It's not like United's two CL wins this season have come off the back of him making 3 world class saves. Nah. Must be that one Cruyff turn.
As this is the Arsenal thread, I think Sczesny could be quality, but still has too many massive howlers in him. However, he's still really young, is massive and has the mentality to succeed. And Wenger has faith in him.
Hart is a player for Stoke, Reading and Villa? Hahaha you're off you fucking rocker, mate.

Still on the goalkeepers eh? Look at the monster I created
Regarding Hart, it's neither here or there for me. He pulls some spectacular saves, he's a great shot stopper. But hey, so is Szcsesney!
When looking at Hart's howler in that C. Ronaldo shot, if that was Sczscszesny he would get a LOT of stick for that. But since it's Hart, England National Team keeper, you won't see Sky Sports pundits slating him.
Don't get me wrong, Sczc has bad moments like those, sometimes worse, but he will be more criticised for it.
The same goes for De Gea. Pulls excellent saves, but when found wanting, his critics are merciless.
Having said all that, I still maintain my position: Wenger should have gotten a really good keeper near the end of his career to show the ropes to Wojcech and pass him the torch, while being of an advanced age would mean Sczcesny wouldn't have to wait too much. Yep, that guy could have been Schwarzer. I don't want to go round and round with this. Just sayin'![]()

. I think the scoreline doesn`t say the whole match... we were easily open at the back imo. Verm gives the ball away(in our half
) n gives too many FK for late tackles n starting to rocket up the pitch about 20x leaving us exposed. Jenkins is warming up to me, Sagna has a battle on his hands.
Pod goal was pure strength n Cazorla is getting a lot of looks at goal. Once , again Arteta leads in passing % at 87%
I've been thinking about some ironic comment that is as eloquent as the above cited, but decided to end this discussion for once and forever:
Joe Hart is the best GK ever.
Hope Arsenal win against Olympiakos this evening.

Looks like getting a penalty will be difficult for us this season, yet again! The ball hits his hand in front of ref. I think the scoreline doesn`t say the whole match... we were easily open at the back imo. Verm gives the ball away(in our half
