Okay but by what you've written here, you're not disputing the main point I'm making in what you're quoting there. To recall, people (on here, Twitter, Reddit, etc), predominantly fanboys (which is a slur you can take or leave – it's unrelated to the argument), have been claiming that Konami have secretly been updating the game and making it better. The more sober among us have said (here and elsewhere): no, there's literally been one update, and these claims about Konami secretly updating the game are based on nothing but a kind of placebo effect or wishful thinking. We can even check the update logs, and Konami are not going to be quiet about having improved what was by all accounts a PR disaster on release.
So with your reply essentially being "actually, I just played it and it's better than it was and I haven't played it since release!", you've not challenged my argument. There was one big update, which we all know about. The game is less buggy now. It doesn't mean Konami are slowly, stealthily updating the game like implausible benevolent caretakers of our beloved and dying franchise.
