Hello buddy. Of course you are not stating directly that eFootball is realistic but you're searching the realism into eFootball, you're inclined to see that into it like a bias, like the realism is there somehow, but there isn't anything substantial there. Koinami were doing some marketing tantrum like "...ohhh look those sharp kick mechanics and this new inertia toy, and look how you can dribble in 1 v 1 like Captain Tsubasa", but in the end all falls short coz' the AI is flawlessly dumb especially on the midfield and defense, the player cursor is broken and the those new "match-up" or "shoulder whatever" abilities while defending are pants, so in the end you are attacking by yourself scoring spectacular "realistic" goals vs broken mechanics and an incapable AI, how great is that...
If a functional game (that's not the case here) is inclined more towards realism doesn't necessary mean that's the right direction for it to be enjoyable gameplay wise, and the arcade direction isn't necessary a wrong direction if it's implemented right. Look at classic PES titles for example: are very gamey, fun, filled with content, still addictive to this day with so much mods recreating better the action on the pitch than eFootball (by that I mean I never get bored coz matches vs AI in those games are intense, the sense of risk & reward during matches is there, plus I feel invested when I attack or defend when I control players on the pitch or doing chess games in the game plan during matches tweaking players individually).
If you're trying to compare the "with the ball action" from eFootball ( ball behavior on touches while passing, crossing, shooting, attacking situations that are important) should be also fair to compare the other part that's really bad when players are without the ball like: if there are flaws on animations doing transitions on duels to win aerial balls or on the ground, how pants those physical contacts really feel with those animations, if those tactical changes in the game plan during matches are influencing in some way or are pointless, if morale of players are working as intended, or what happens if those players are depleting their energy (stamina), they are still running like Usain Bolt if the bar completely depletes? Those passive mechanics I think should be very important and fully functional if eFootball wants to be or at least to be compared as a game towards realism...
Even if we have those different points of view on eFootball overall your content is very good from a production standpoint with some nice video editing, and I see what you're trying to express, but overall eFootball is really bad, and I don't think Konami (pardon my french) transformed shit into gold also knowing their constant admin. apologetic vision...
