Brazil team never deserved to be as far as they were... Thiago Silva was missed more than i thought... Luiz, what a dissasteur...

I feel sorry for the football fans in Brazil, not for Scollari or his team... this was a pathetic display, honestly this is the single most embarrasing moment in football history.

Brazil can be lucky not to get this result in a final.

@Gabe if these brazilian players were not from the 'legendary' brazilian nation, everybody would say they overachieved. Lets be honest here, brazil just have average players at most. I think this is why most people are happy with the result. I bet its not personal.

I was in Brazil last week and I feel very sorry for the fans and the people in general there who got behind their team and the tournament. Brazilian football seems to be in a bad place right now and maybe such a defeat will force the federation to tear everything down and start again. I think they really should look at a foreign coach to really shake things up. Scolari was great in 2002 but there are huge questions over his selection now. Why not play Hulk (who I don't really rate but he is better than Fred) upfront and Willian wide? Where was Lucas Moura? Or try Nilmar as the striker, or just don't play a striker and move the attacking midfielders forward. Also surely there are better options than Paulinho, what about Lucas Leiva, Ramires and even Sandro? Anyway Mario Menenzez wasn't much better and Dunga screwed up at the last world cup (didn't take Thiago Silva or Neymar) so I think its time to look abroad.
