Netherlands are the underdogs before the wc, i remember people saying they have worst ever squad...

i love underdogs to prove everyone wrong...

Still the first match. Spain can still qualify.

But what a 2nd half from the Dutch. Masterclass. This is probably the best 45 minute performance in a world cup I can remember.
 
Best for me: boring Tiki-taka is going to be crushed and hopefully burried this year.
Real beat up Bayern and their possession soccer, atletico beat barca and now netherland rapes spain.

Unless you haven't noticed; Spain didn't play tiki-taka in the first half, and not in the second half.is
Because of this match they might revert to it tough...

I might think about my prediction though:
Biggest surprise: One of the South American teams, highest chances to me has Uruguay; fear that Chile will fail to advance to the elimination rounds

I just hope that we will win our remaining 2 games and that Brazil will slip somewhere...imagine having to play against this Netherlands squad
 
Dude........, RVP with alu, Robben with that volley and now Sneijder not hitting the ball. Spain couldn't have been angry, if Holland would've scored 8.

Have you listened to the press conference when xavi said that Tiki-taka is their only style to play - win or die.
It seems that it is dying, for gods sake.
Btw another good thing will be spain vs brazil in ko stage ;)
 
Wow, what a smahing, can't remember that I ever saw such a demolition on a WC stage live (Portugal - North Korea doesn't count for me). Great performance by the Netherlands during the second half and glad that we don't have to discuss about refs again. That's why I like football and the WCs!

Chile-Australia can only be boring now. :D
 
@we7god Like I already said; Spain were the better team in the first half and they didn't play tiki-taka but varied football, inkluding small sequences of tiki-taka. But I guess one would have to be unbiased to see it so you're excused.
