@paulv2k4 Works fine with TU2, I loaded one of my old mod files (it just removes the EA Sports logo in the top right) and it worked fine, game crashed when I alt-tabbed but I'd not blame the mod tool for that

This is my log. Everything loads fine with TU2, no AC either - but again no registering of the physics files. No idea why.

Did you have to edit the installerdata.xml? I can't get the tool to launch the game and pass the splash screen...

I have tried to repair the game. Rebuild the sdk but still, it doesn't want to go further (I tried with my AV deactivated).

The clue is in the last line. You launched the game without using "ModData". Ensure "Use Mod Data" is enabled in your launcher and Editor.

Whenever I have a modified installerdata.xml, my game won't start, even from origin (crash at splash screen).
If I revert back the .bak file that is generated, then the game can start from origin (of course AC opens).

Yes of course it's normal, you're running with anti-cheat disabled, you don't want to be connecting to the EA servers...

I can't support this, I am far too busy! I would suggest that if you don't know what you are doing, you don't use this tool. I have no idea why FIFA Editor Tool is taking so long to release but that would suit you better.
Damn you EA Desktop! The reason some of you cannot get mods to load (even though they have installed) with EA Desktop is because it doesn't accept command line arguments, so it runs as "vanilla".
1. Frosty and FIFA Editor Tool get around this by using a rather peculiar method of having a fake EXE to fake itself into thinking it's the correct file and passes the same arguments again. This DOES NOT WORK FOR ME and causes my EA Desktop to tell me "someone else has installed the app" which results in me reinstalling to fix.
2. The alternative is to have the tool "install" the mods and then have you launch the game directly from EA App with the App defining the argument like this (this is currently not possible, just spit balling ideas)

Yep. After investigating this issue, loads of people are complaining about how bad it is and the fact you can't create proper shortcuts for it anymore. On top of that, it wont accept pass through command arguments (something a lot of eSports people do) as well. EA don't seem to care. Anyhow for me, it looks like I will have to do this work around

will the latest Gameplayfiles be supported or can i just expect when there is an update that it wont work again?

Hi @paulv2k4, thank you for you hard work, the tools is working for me with TU as well.
However, I have noticed an issue with camera related files, like Broadcasting/Attribsys/Broadcasting. When I'm trying to change something there, the tool is throwing "index" related issue.
Gameplay files seems working fine.

Your are running ea throught the program? because mine says setAdvanced launch options i did it but does not run

It is doing what it is meant to do. It is waiting for you to load it through EA Desktop as explained in the instructions...
