To be fair he's not long since back from injury and he's just had a bad day at the office, and don't forget that he's only just 22. He's got all the attributes to be a good striker he just needs to work on his composure in front of goal and his confidence.

I think w/o fab it`s going to be tough no doubt but at least it`s at the Emirates :SMUG: Bendtner will come good but goals will come from Verminator and Nasri/Arshh!
 
I think Nasri will step in ok for fab (if Arsene Plays him).

i cant wait until tomorrow should be a great match, hopefully we get the chances and put them away this time.
 
Come on Arsenal! a real test for us tonight, especially with Fab out.

But I think we can put out a good team tonight. I fancy bendtner having a good game and scoring some chances tonight ;))

We basically need to go out and win it to progress, I think that will suit us.
 
just played the match on pes. 4-1 to Arsenal. Arshavin with an early strike. Denilson with two scrappy goals. A howler by Alumnia, let them score. Then an absolute belter from Song in the last minute from outside the area.

I would be happy with that ;))
 
Good luck this evening, always want English clubs to do well in Europe. Double incentive of knocking out jammy, time-wasting, cheating Porto makes it a bit sweeter.

Fear if you go down a goal though, you won't manage more than 10 more minutes of actual football played between injuries, cramps, subs and other arts of the beautiful game. (and no I'm not bitter at all ;0 )

How does Eboue, most hated become so loved think he was the last person as a player to leave the pitch. He has really grown as a player who would of thought. Fantastic goals/movement from Nasty and Eboue. Arshh is something special mini-iron and Bendtner came good :SAL: hat-trick bound
 
Funny thing is Bendtner's all round play was probably better in the Burnley game yet he's scored a hat-trick in this one.

Football's a funny old game.
 
Yee haa! I knew bendtner would do well :-) nasri goal was fantastic! Eboue played well and vermaelen was fantastic.
 
Murphy's law: i say Bendtner is not good enough and look what happens...i still think...but never mind not today.

First goal was off-side (Arshavin i think). But

What a great performance. This is the Arsenal i love to watch. The most enjoyable and best football in the world, only Barcelona is as good to watch. Congratulations. I hope Arsenal can win the CL and the Premiership. That would be a triumph for football....

But Bendtner...ok...ok. Not today.
 
I've always had faith in Nicky B. His first touch needs work and his finishing is wayward at times but you know what?...

He's 22.

8 goals this season so far, after being out for months. He will come good.

Got bored too, thought i'd post.

We should buy Eden Hazard from Lille, get rid of Theo or put him on loan or something. Not just saying that casue of today game, seen him for bout a year now, way better than Theo. His like Arshavin ten yrs younger, and he wants to come too.

Plus Was always saying give Bendtner a chance, my mates were always shouting me down. He is 22 (back then 20) and has all the attributes to be top striker and is still improving, Look at Drogba, his technique isn't the best but his physical attributes make up for it. We need players that are confident in their ability and aren't afraid to try n miss if be. Theo is scared to try and has no confidence, cause he can't trap nor drible the ball. SHAME.

If I were him I wouldn't join Arsenal. There's a high probability he'd get his legs snapped ;)
