Yes really
Of course, provided it meets the recommended hardware specifications
PES 2021 PC (so also Football Life 2026) has relatively low recommended specifications for a 1920x1080 resolution monitor compared to a modern gaming PC
PES 2021 Recommended system requirements for High Settings and Screen resolution 1920x1080 (60 FPS):
Windows 10 (64-bit)
Intel Core i7-3770, AMD FX 8350 (very old CPUs compared to the specifications required by the latest games of other types)
8 GB RAM
NVIDIA GTX 760, AMD Radeon R9 270X (very old GPUs gaming compared to the specifications required by the latest games of other types )
4 GB VRAM
DirectX 11.0
40 GB free disk space (more GB required for Football life 2026 and its FacePack)
As you can see, you could even find an old gaming PC (on used market) from a few years back and, if you choose wisely, play games at the highest settings for relatively little money to play the latest PES available. (Modding is a great resource on PC, here on evoweb)
Once you have a PC with Recommended system requirements for PES 2021. you are sure you can play all the previous PES of all the past
Clearly, if you want to play in 4K, the requirements increase, particularly for the graphics card, which must handle that resolution, but also if you have a 4k TV or monitor you can scales it to play also on HD Resolution of 1920x1080 if your PC specs cant's support 4k
Personally I have an old PC with Intel I7-7700K 4,3GHz, 16GB RAM, with a GPU AMD RX 6600 XT 8GB updated 2 years ago
when I had to change my monitor, and I play PES2021/FL2026 on my new 32" 4K monitor, at scaled resolution of 3200x1800 pixel at 60 fps with high settings without any issue... with my GPU if I try 4k res... I obtain max 50 fps and it's not optimal
